Bisolvon





The “Bisolvon bilis – alis ubo ng Pamilya” Family Day was organized as part of the brand’s efforts to strengthen Bisolvon’s image as the “Family cough medicine” that families can trust through the years. Over time, the brand has been recognized as one of the pioneers in the cough medicine industry, as it has proven its value through the years, already existing for more than 4 decades today (40+ years).

Given this, the event held last July 3 – 5 in the SM Mall of Asia was slated to further establish Bisolvon as the “family cough medicine” by encouraging families to spend quality time bonding with each other through joining the three-day “Bisolvon family day”. In the process, this will thus re-acquaint the doting mom – and – kid pairs to the family brand that is Bisolvon. Through this effort, the brand hopes to forge a strong attachment of the brand’s identity to the idea of being the cough medicine for the whole family.

Apart from this, the event also served as the launch of the quarter – long below – the – line activations of Bisolvon, which will be in the form of school road shows, barangay roadshows, and pharmacy roadshows.

Relaxing Day at A Home Spa


After a grueling and stressful week at work, there is nothing more enticing than going to a spa for rest and relaxation to renew the spirit. Most especially for frazzled working moms like me. The thought of the foot massage, back massage and one of a kind facials. Spells total relaxation!!!I know that going to the spa once in awhile to treat themselves is ideal. But who could afford to do that right.

But If I could just afford it. I would certainly want to have a spa party that would be at the at the convenience of my home. Who would have thought that it would be impossible. But leave it to Carlo and Lil to make that happen.

They promise to give you the total spa experience and they totally delivered. They totally gave us a sneak peek of what it's like when you hire them. I'm sure that it will be money well spent who wouldn't want to be a guest at their own party.


We were definitely treated like royalty, we were pampered and we were really in pure spa bliss!!

Krispy Kreme Kicks Off International Fave Fan Search


To celebrate Krispy Kreme’s 72nd anniversary, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts Philippines announced today that it is inviting its loyal Filipino fans to share their special Krispy Kreme moments online at www.krispykremefavefan.com. Fans can also participate in a new promotion to find Krispy Kreme’s favorite fans in international markets around the world.

The Krispy Kreme International Fave Fan Search to find the favorite fans in Krispy Kreme international markets kicks off today. Participating countries include: Korea, Japan, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia, the United Kingdom, Mexico and Canada. 7-Eleven Launches One of Philippines’ Biggest Competitive Eating Events

History has proven that Filipinos could stomach almost anything – from hundreds of years of being colonized to the challenges of the modern times. Now, it’s time for them to prove the strength of their gut – literally.

A sport of growing worldwide popularity that started in the U.S. and Japan, 7-Eleven Philippines has recently unveiled a competitive eating battlefield with Big Bite ® Match hotdog eating contest. Open to all 7-Eleven Filipino patrons and hotdog lovers, this is one of the biggest and widest gastronomic competitions ever assembled in the country to date.

Tips from the Expert: Tom “Goose” Gilbert

And to prove that they take competitive eating seriously, 7-Eleven Philippines flew in internationally renowned competitive eater Tom “Goose” Gilbert to serve as an inspiration to aspiring Filipino gurgitators.

“It’s a relatively new sport so we want to show an example on how the rest of the world is doing it,” quipped Andrade. “And there’s no better way to do this than by bringing in a champion like Tom Goose.”

Tom Goose made one of competitive eating’s most memorable debut performances when he defeated several veteran professional eaters at the 2nd annual World Italian Sausage Eating Championship in 2006. Currently, he is the world record holder in chicken wings eating and has other titles under his belt.

Aside from the excitement it brings, Andrade also mentioned that this activity would bring people together in stores, thus upholding 7-Eleven’s value as a neighborhood store.
